Slim and Slender Challenge- 2 Weeks Later

On October 27, 2010, in Promos, by sisel_admin

It’s been two weeks now since the Slim and Slender Weight Loss Challenge began and I have to say that I feel fantastic! I have lost 11 pounds so far which makes me a third of the way to my goal! Although it hasn’t been easy, it certainly has been rewarding to stay on track and make a true lifestyle change that will help me complete my goal.

Distributor Anita Alston gives us the following tip:

“I have been eating skinless chicken breast and spinach for lunch and grilled shrimp and tomatoes for dinner. Protein shake for breakfast and grapefruit for lunch, drinking 2 liters of water over the past 5-7 days.

I just received my SupraMaxx for her and Eternity, and will include them in my weight loss plan along with the Slim and Slender products that I am taking as well.

I exercise at east 4 times a week with at least 30-45 minutes of cardio, and I am happy to report that since the beginning of the challenge I have lost 9lbs! GO ME!!!!”

Travis Bell, a distributor from California, tells us about a little adventure he had while running:

” Today was an interesting day training! We ran the aqueduct near Lane Ranch. Along the aqueduct you can see a bee farm on the ranch property and for some reason I turned out to be a bee magnet, so those bees got me to sprint a little bit faster! I have made sure to do a 10 minute warm up walk with 60 minute sprint intervals with my dogs Kaos and Cyrano, finished by 650 reps on the jump rope.”

Great job Anita and Travis! If you would like to include your success stories, tips, recipes, or anything relevant to the challenge, be sure to email me at drangel@siselinternational.com and include WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE in the subject line.

Good luck and much success to you all!

Making a Difference!

On October 25, 2010, in Aaron's Blog, by sisel_admin

I am traveling from one country to the next with our European Managing Director, Aaron Palmer, and my energy is at an all time high!  When I left for Europe, we had just finished an incredible event, Boot Camp.  We had 80 Japanese business partners pay their own way to Utah for a 3-day team-building event to participate in this incredible event.

Why Boot Camp?  We felt that this would be a great way for these passionate people to learn how to work as teams and create trust and reliance on one another.  We had many of our top leaders and those that are quickly becoming great leaders join us.

Joel Patrick, Sisel’s Director of Marketing, kicked off the training day with a truly motivational piece on the impact that each of us have on people, one person at a time.  He referred to The Star Thrower by Loren Eiseley, and spoke about making a difference in peoples lives and our individual roles and responsibilities to others.  It was very motivational.  It truly became the theme of the event.

The team building really took off with a day at the ropes course.  This is truly an opportunity where you must rely on each other to complete certain tasks.  Trust and confidence are the focus of these tasks where you must help each person overcome specific obstacles.  We were all dressed in camouflage and Sisel Boot Camp gear.  We broke into teams of around 12 and worked together to complete a myriad of team based activities that you absolutely would not and could not complete on your own.

Just like the ropes course, in this business, teamwork is a must.  You will not achieve success without a team around you.  It is absolutely impossible.  The trust that you must have in your organization are the building blocks of success in this industry.  It was a phenomenal event that had an extremely positive outcome and we hope to make it available to all of our business partners.

Distributor Spotlight- Lina and Lee Alcafaras

On October 21, 2010, in Recognition, by sisel_admin

When Lina Alcafaras was approached by her son’s baseball coach, Mike Baxter, about Sisel International, she never imagined how far she would go on such little time. Lina has been a distributor for 8 months, and has already achieved the rank of 4-Star Master Distributor along with her husband, Lee.

What attracted you to Sisel?

Lina: Sisel is a solid company. The ownership, Mr. Tom Mower, has incredible experience and the compensation plan he designed is set up in a way that will make me successful. But the best part of Sisel are the products! I have always been attracted to natural, safe products for my family and me. I suffer from allergies because of so many toxins out there, so when I tried Sisel’s products, I was hooked!

What is your favorite product?

Lina: I have suffered from migraines all my life. After taking FuCoyDon, I noticed a significant decrease! My family is very busy and so SpectraAO is essential to our lifestyle. Also, my husband and children will tell you they love Diminish because it keeps me in a happy mood, I have the patience that a busy mother like me needs.

What advice would you give to distributors wanting rapid success like yours?

Lina: Sisel is my lifestyle now. If you make Sisel your lifestyle then everyday you will eat, breathe, and live Sisel! You have to talk to someone new everyday, don’t be scared to. If they are not interested in Sisel, then who cares? It’s their loss not yours! It is crucial to believe in three different things: your company, your product, and yourself.  You have to find that one thing that will inspire you and then it’s simple; JUST DO IT!

Please join me in congratulating Lina and Lee on their amazing achievement. Their lives have truly changed thanks to Sisel International and they are a great example of true leadership.

SiselFest in Germany!

On October 19, 2010, in Aaron's Blog, Events, by sisel_admin

Guten Tag!

From what we hear, Aaron Rennert is having an incredible time out in Europe during SiselFest! Aaron’s next stop will be in Stuttgart, Germany, where he will be accompanied by Aaron Palmer, Managing Director of Europe.

Master Distributor, Arno Moos, had the following to say about the meetings in Germany:

“ The Meeting started with a 1st class presentation from Aaron Palmer about the actual economic Situation for people in Germany and all around the world and the excellent commercial possibilities Sisel is offering and providing to distributors. We got to learn the difference between the Sisel philosophy and what other companies are doing. Best of all, we were reminded of the power of leverage and how it provides a very high and stable business and income strategy for Sisel distributors.

Afterwards, Aaron Rennert gave us a very impressive world-class presentation about the correlation of aging and disease and the possibilities found within Sisel products, it was amazing!

It was honestly the best presentation I have seen within the Network Marketing Industry!

Two new products were launched during the meeting: Rapid Night Repair Cream and Remediate. All the women at the event could not wait to get their hands on these new products!

My team and I received a lot of good information and were energized during this event!”

Thank you Arno for your leadership and for the update! To stay up-to-date on the rest of SiselFest, be sure to follow Aaron Rennert on Twiter and on Facebook and look for more updates right here on The Icon!

The Challenge is On!

On October 18, 2010, in Promos, by sisel_admin

Thank you to everyone participating in the Slim and Slender Weight Loss Challenge! It is almost a week into it and we are already hearing about results!

Dianne Gifford, tells us:

Monday morning and what a happy surprise; the scale is dipping!  I use a doctors scale and this is the first time the bar has dipped below 300 in years.  I seriously credit that to the Slim and Slender Products which keep me on track and get that metabolism burning. I couldn’t do it without them”.

Dianne is determined to lose her goal weight and has warned me that she WILL beat me. I am excited to see her progression throughout this challenge!

Travis Bell, a distributor from California, has also joined the challenge and agrees that a great nutritional diet is important in addition to the Slim and Slender Rapid Weight Loss products. He shares with us a great recipe for some tasty, protein pancakes:

” 1 cup of steel cut oats or rolled oats
4 egg whites
1/2 cup of Amaranth
1 or 2 bananas

Cook them on a griddle like you would with regular pancakes. Note: Sometimes I will add in a little amount of natural dark chocolate because not only does it taste great, but I would rather use natural chocolate than maple syrup, which has high fructose corn syrup.”

Thank you Travis for your awesome recipe. I tried them this morning and they were great! If you are doing our challenge, be sure to contribute to our blog by sending your recipes, success stories, work-out suggestions, and more to drangel@siselinternational.com and be sure to put Weight Loss Challenge in the subject line.

Good luck everyone!
