What comes to your mind when you hear the words “Boot Camp?” Training, training, training right? We held an amazing Sisel Boot Camp a couple of weeks ago and I was thinking about how impressed I am with our field leadership here at Sisel. We had a number of our top leaders present at this event and the content was perfect, focused and educational. Many times, in this business, we are so focused on trying to get a person to join us that we lose sight of what it takes after they join to help them achieve success. There are 3 basic questions that the new person in this business will ask:
1. Can I make money?
2. Will someone help me?
3. Is it fun?
Many of us assume that if they have basic skills and knowledge they can do it on their own. Unfortunately, that is simply not the case in this industry, so we asked the leaders in the field to share their proven methods with their business partners. Rea Nichols, Frank Diaz, Jim and Tammy Stephens, Brent Coles, Jack and Danyiel Walker, Gerry Schroeder, Andy Smith, Mark Emden and Erik DeSpain all shared their thoughts on how to build your business, creating your why, personal development, using social media effectively and developing leaders.

As I watch the devastation taking place in Japan, my heart hurts for those that are affected by this terrible tragedy. I reflect back on an incredible Japan 3 City Tour that took place in December where Tom Mower Jr, Scott Murdoch, Kuniko Tanaka and I traveled around and met with our incredible friends and partners. I would ask that all of us remember the Japanese in our prayers and thoughts as they struggle to rebuild after this disaster that has befallen them. My hope is that this recap video will bring smiles during this sad time.
