On January 25 & 26, 160 Japanese Distributors gathered in Guam for the Tom Mower Sr. Seminar, an event that has quickly become an annual tradition. On this island located about 3½ hours away from Japan, Distributors enjoyed the island breeze and the sounds of the waves while they learned from Sisel International President and Co-Founder, Tom Mower Sr., as well as other accomplished leaders.

Mower Mountain
The qualification period for Mower Mountain, which will be held from July 25th – 30th, 2011 in the beautiful mountains of Utah, has begun! Winners will consist of Master Distributors who have earned their attendance through hard work and exemplary leadership by accumulating the highest point totals during the qualification period, which runs from November 1st, 2010 through April 30th, 2011.
Winners of the Mower Mountain Master Challenge are rewarded with an all-expenses-paid trip for two to Utah, where they will be treated to four phenomenal days of recreation, relaxation, and training. Attendees are also given previews of upcoming Sisel products and programs, and have the opportunity to communicate more intimately with Sisel corporate leadership. This is truly a reward worth working as hard as possible to earn!

2011 Mower Mountain Master Challenge Rules
Qualification
The Mower Mountain Master Challenge is for Master Distributors only. Winners must qualify to be paid as Master Distributors in April, 2011, when the period ends, and can only miss their Master Distributor qualification once during the qualification period. Distributors may become Master Distributors for the first time during the qualification; however only points earned after rank advancement to Master Distributor will be counted.
Winners must earn a minimum of 35 points during the qualification period. With the exception of the First Movers explained below, winners will be the Distributors who accumulate the highest point totals between November 1, 2010 and April 30, 2011. There are 15 Mower Mountain spots for Japan, 5 for Europe (Eastern and Western), and 5 for North America.
First Mover Advantage
In business, it always pays to be the first, so we are rewarding the first two Master Distributors from Japan, and the first Master Distributor from Eastern and Western Europe combined, as well as the first from North America to reach the 35 point minimum with a guaranteed First Mover spot at Mower Mountain! All other winners will need to earn their spots based on their point totals.
How to Earn Points:
- 5 Points – For each new, 1st Generation Master Distributor you develop during the qualification period.
- 1 Point – For each month in which your new 1st Generation Master Distributors qualify to be paid as Master Distributors during the qualification period.
- 1 Point – For each new Distributor you enroll with at least 100 PV that creates an Auto Purchase during their first month.
Bonus Points
Throughout the qualification period, Sisel will offer ways to earn bonus points for Mower Mountain qualification. Bonus points may be tied to specific products, additional sponsoring, or just about anything else that will help Distributors build their businesses.
