HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH SISEL?

I originally joined Sisel in 2013. At that time, life was hectic for me. I was going through some big changes and I needed to stay focused on my young family. I still wanted to access the world’s best products for me and my family so I remained a product user and kept in contact with other distributors and friends from around the world and watched their success unfold.
A few short years later when the time was right, I started building my Sisel business

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE SISEL?

I chose Sisel for a mixture of both inspiration and desperation!
Prior to having my family I worked for myself as a beauty consultant in a direct selling company I loved the flexibility of working my own hours and creating my own income, it was an exciting role. But I had to start from zero turn over every month and constantly meet new customers to maintain my income. If I stopped work, so did my income. I retired to have my family.
As my children grew older and went off to school, I felt I needed to do something for me, so I set about building and managing a property investment portfolio and consulting services business which was hard work, long hours and loads of financial risk.
I found with that business like so many other traditional businesses that the people who worked the hardest and put the most on the line were often the least rewarded financially. After a number of years in this industry, I decided to take a few years off and study naturopathy as I always had a genuine interest in bettering my knowledge in health. I believed my future was leading me on that pathway. It cost tens of thousands of dollars and lots of dedication to earn a degree at which time there is no guarantee of employment. Whilst I was studying, I thought, there must be something I can do that compliments my passion while I studied so I went about searching.
However, being a mum of 4 meant that I was time poor, so I needed to get involved I something that ticked all the right boxes for me and my family.
Firstly it had to be something that I strongly believed in. It had to be rewarding both personally and financially & it had to fit into my lifestyle with a growing family.
After looking at a number of options I found Sisel International. Tom Mowers life-long mission was still going strong. I was excited. The more I learnt about Sisel, the more it became clear to me that Sisel ticked all my boxes.

HOW DID YOU DISCOVER SISEL?

I discovered Sisel through my good friend and neighbour who was also looking for something new. We both learnt that Tom Mower was planning to bring his new business to Australia. After using his products previously, and getting great results, we both jumped at the chance to meet with Aaron Rennert who happened to be visiting Australia in 2013 to work on plans for Sisel to officially open ‘Down Under’. That year I traveled to Budapest where I met Tom Mower and his team and spent 9 days of training and fun with delegates from around the globe.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT SISEL?

The best thing about Sisel I would have to say is the constant testimonials I get from my team members. Often the ones who have been the hardest to convince to try our products offer the best testimonials. People experience tremendous results and find themselves sharing with others who also experience results. I love that!
There is also the personal growth that comes from this business. Helping my team grow their businesses and experience small success gives them confidence in their own ability to do more. This too is rewarding.

WHAT ARE YOUR TOP 3 TIPS FOR SUCCESS?

The company already has the makings of a global success with great management, brilliant products, and a worthy mission so the belief in the company is taken care of.
So the #1 point is Belief in Yourself.
Invest in yourself through courses and learning, reading books etc. Some of us have to work harder on ourselves than you do on your jobs to gain success. Align yourself with others who believe in you and who will support you and what you do. I feel this is crucial to success in the early days.
#2 Work with your team.
Their success is your success. I would like to mention Jenny Lovett & Steve Farr for their efforts in working with me. Jenny and Steve are both great leaders.
Steve has been a huge part of my success here in Australia and I would like to personally thank him, as well as Jenny for her continued dedication to all of the distributors in her team.
So goes the leader, so goes the team!
#3 Systems, Consistency, Perseverance or ‘Stickability’ and Commitment are all key factors.
Develop a system and stick to what you are doing. If it’s not working then it might just need a slight change. If it is working then stick to it! The more commitment you have, the better you will be.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SISEL PRODUCT & WHY?

Gosh that’s a hard question because there are so many.
I would start with Spectra Maxx, as it’s the #1 product for my family.
2 years ago I started giving SpectraMaxx to my children. My eldest son Jaxon suffered from colds and flus, viruses and sickness. Every winter he missed days often weeks off school. He hasn’t had a single day off school since taking SpecrtaMaxx and now prides himself on his 100% attendance for the past 2 years!.
SpectraMaxx is a must in our home.
